CLASSES
DANCE WITH ME
Dance with Me is a toddler and parent/caregiver creative movement dance class. Dance with Me is a fun and structured class for ages 15 months to 2 years old with a parent/caregiver. The parent/caregiver will engage with their dancer in a variety of different music and movement activities. The class will focus on building relationships and bonding in a fun environment, creative thinking, gross motor skill development and self expression.

TOTS BALLET AND CREATIVE MOVEMENT
Dance class for ages 2-3 and 3-4, who are looking to get their energy out with movement. This dance class combines classical ballet technique and the freedom of self expression with creative movement. The dancer will learn basic ballet technique, terminology, and explore their own creative way of moving. The class will focus on gross motor skill development, social opportunities, and creative thinking.

PETITE BALLET
Petite Ballet is a great class for dancers, ages 5-7, that are looking to start their Ballet journey. Dancers will begin to discover introductory ballet terminology and technique, by moving through center floor and across the floor ballet exercises. Petite Ballet will also include interactive ballet and creative movement activities for a structured yet creative class environment.

DEMI BALLET TECHNIQUE
Demi Ballet Technique is great for dancers, ages 8-11, continually building the classical ballet foundation. Dancers will work at their pace to ensure proper alignment and understanding of ballet technique and terminology. Dancers will move through barre, center, and across the floor technique during class. The class focus will be on developing classical ballet etiquette, awareness of body alignment, and basic ballet technique, and terminology.

GRANDE BALLET TECHNIQUE
Grande Ballet Technique is for dancers with a strong ballet foundation who are ready to take that next step to challenge themselves. This ballet class will include ballet combinations at barre, center, and across the floor. Dancers will continue to grow in classical ballet technique and terminology, along with adding musicality and artistry. Instructors approval is required for Inter/adv Ballet Technique registration.

POINTE TECHNIQUE
Pointe Technique is for dedicated dancers with many years of ballet training. Pointe class will focus on strengthening of the foot and ankles, along with proper alignment and understanding of pointe technique and terminology. Dancers will work through technique at the barre, center, and across the floor. Dancers must be physically and technically prepared for pointe work to ensure proper safety. Pre-pointe dancers looking to strengthen their feet and ankles, along with preparing to dance on pointe in the future, are highly encouraged to take the class in technique shoes. Instructors approval is required and all dancers must go through a pointe exam.

TOTS ACRO
Acro Dance is a combination of Acrobatics and dance moves to create a fun and enjoyable class. Acro is a great dance genre for tots as it teaches gymnastic-based skills that build body strength, flexibility, gross motor skills, and athleticism. Tots acro class will focus on safely practicing basic acro skills and terminology, develop strength, confidence, and listening skills in a fun environment.

INTRO TO ACRO
Acro Dance is a blend of acrobatic tricks, dance technique, and choreography together to create a fun and enjoyable class. Intro to Acro is great for dancers ages 5-7, that are looking to see what acro is all about. Dancers will build strength, flexibility, and athleticism. Dancers will learn basic acrobatic technique, tricks, and balances.

BEGINNER ACRO
Acro Dance is a blend of acrobatic tricks, dance technique, and choreography together to create a fun and enjoyable class. Beginner Acro dancers will build strength, flexibility, and athleticism. Dancers will be trained in beginner acrobatic skills, intro to progressions of acrobatic tricks and balances, all within dance choreography.

INTER/ADV ACRO
Acro Dance is a blend of acrobatic tricks, dance technique, and choreography together to create a fun and enjoyable class. Inter/adv Acro dancers will focus on progressions and variations of acrobatic tricks, tumbling, balances, flexibility and strength training. Dancers will work on expanding their skills, variations of mastered skills, and combos with choreography. Dancers in Inter/adv Acro must have a back and front walkover.

CONDITIONING FOR DANCERS
Conditioning for Dancers is a class for dancers ages 10+. Training includes cardio, balance, flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. Exercises are done alongside dance technique to further the dancer’s ability to produce safe and strong technique. In Conditioning for Dancers, participants will use bodyweight, weights, and cardio exercises to support dance training. Dancers will also be taught basic anatomy, form, and the importance of strength training to further their dance ability.

JAZZ
Jazz is a vibrant and expressive form of dance. Dancers will learn progressive jazz steps, along with basic terminology, and techniques. Dancers will also learn choreography that will display rhythmic and creative self-expression. Jazz is a great class for kids that love to move and dance along to their favorite upbeat songs.

LYRICAL
Lyrical dance is a style that combines ballet technique with the freedom and musicality of jazz and contemporary. Lyrical dancers will learn a combination of ballet and jazz techniques, along with choreography that displays emotional modes and illustration of song lyrics.

CONTEMPORARY JAZZ
Contemporary Jazz is a style of jazz dance that incorporates movement that is shared with contemporary modern dance. In Contemporary Jazz dancers will work on progressive jazz and contemporary technique and terminology, flexibility, and expression. Dancers will learn to explore their own expressive and improvisational movement, along with learning Contemporary Jazz choreography.
